The hotel is nice. Room was comfortable, but hot. Despite being 30 degrees outside, the hotel hadn't turned on the air conditioning yet. The window does open. The pools looked nice. The interior pool was very busy. Part of a tour group and didn't get a chance to try them out. The hotel clearly caters to tour groups. Buffets were huge. Dinner had lots of options. Found breakfast was only ok. The location seemed to be quite far from town centre in an enclave of hotels (presumably for access to the thermal spring water source).

Not the easiest of hotels to navigate due to it’s lay out and amount of staircases and limited lift services between certain floors .Rooms average size . Nothing special. Safe in room . small TV . Tea and coffee provided but with small paper cups from which you need to drink quickly before they become soft! Bar prices expensive. Evening meal buffet …..fair choice but didn’t like the long tables … no ambiance in dining room. Free evening entertainment … mmmm .left a lot to be desired! Not one of the places best I’ve stayed at despite being 4 star.

Extremely small rooms. Pictures are a bit deceptive. Big cons of the hotel are 1. No guest elevators to the room 2. No air conditioning To have a hotel at 5 stars on TripAdvisor and not have these basic things is extremely misleading. My mom had a double knee surgery and it was extremely hard for her to go up and down the hotel stairs especially with luggage

This is an excellent resort hotel, facilitated with a beautiful pool and a sizable thermal pool. The hotel may not be the newest or close to attractions, but well maintained with friendly staff. The room is spacious, well furnished, clean and comfortable.

Our stay was pleasant. The rooms were clean and comfortable enough. There is no elevator to the rooms in the hotel, the walking distance is a bit too much. But spending time in the thermal was very good for us. The hotel was not crowded and we want to come back as soon as possible
